The Anchor Gym H1, the single-unit model, serves as the platform for a wide range of exercises using resistance bands, body weight straps, and stretch straps. Users can purchase one unit or outfit an entire fitness area for group training, as the H1 takes up zero floor space.

The patented open-faced design of the T-bar safety hook on the Anchor Gym makes transitioning between exercises seamless, eliminating the need for cumbersome clip hooks, carabiners, or fasteners. Constructed with solid steel components, the Anchor Gym is a space-saving powerhouse capable of supporting up to 800 pounds of resistance.

Installation is straightforward, with wood mounting hardware included. For concrete or block walls, users can use 5/16" (diameter) x 2.5" (length) sleeve anchors (not included). Detailed installation instructions are provided in the Digital Owner's Manual on Page 13. To avoid over-torquing and breaking a bolt, it is recommended to drill a 1/4" diameter pilot hole, 2.5" deep, and not to over-tighten the bolts.
