The Anchor Gym H2 (single unit, 2 anchoring points) is a modular functional training station designed to safely anchor resistance bands, body weight straps, stretch straps, and more. It's easy to use, delivers hundreds of great exercises, takes up zero floor space, and is very affordable.

EASY TO USE: The patented open-faced design of the Anchor Gym's T-bar safety hook makes transitions between exercises as easy as looping and pulling. There's no need for cumbersome clip hooks, carabiners, or fasteners.

STRONG, RELIABLE, AND EASY TO INSTALL: Made of solid steel components, the Anchor Gym is a space-saving powerhouse capable of supporting up to 800 lbs. of resistance.

INSTALLATION: Included wood mounting hardware can be used. For concrete or block walls, 5/16" (diameter) x 2.5" (length) sleeve anchors (not included) should be used. Detailed installation instructions are provided in the Digital Owner's Manual on Page 13. Note: To avoid over-torquing and breaking a bolt, drill a 1/4" diameter pilot hole, 2.5" deep. To avoid stripping, do not over-tighten bolts.
