Exercise 4: Start with your elbows bent and your hands beside your chest. Lower your body down until your arms are fully extended. Pull your body toward the anchor point.

Exercise 5: Extend your arms in front of your shoulders. Bend your elbows to lower your body, then drive through your palms to extend your arms and return to the starting position.

Exercise 6: Position your feet under the anchor point and your arms under your shoulders. Brace your core and lift your knees off the ground.
